Product Introduction
The TDTG series bucket elevator is a vertical conveying unit developed by absorbing advanced domestic and overseas technologies. It adopts customized technical parameters and head structures for different materials to realize efficient discharging with minimal material return. Its housing sections are joined by die crimping, which brings outstanding structural strength, nice appearance and reliable tight sealing. Featuring high working efficiency and long term service life, this elevator is ideal for transporting granular, powdery and small lump materials. It delivers steady lifting performance with small footprint and large feasible lifting height together with superior sealing property.

Every procedure including raw material treatment, core component machining, accessory selection, surface coating and final assembly is closely inspected to guarantee stability, durability and sanitation of finished machines.
Production Process
1. Pre treatment of Raw Materials
All steel plates and section bars for the elevators go through professional pickling and phosphating inside dedicated tanks. Pickling removes scale, rust, grease and contaminants thoroughly, while phosphating forms a compact protective film to enhance paint adhesion and anti corrosion performance, avoiding rusting and paint peeling in later stage operation. After phosphating, work pieces are high pressure rinsed with purified water to wash away residual acid liquor and phosphating residues, preventing chemical leftovers from spoiling subsequent coating quality. The materials are then fully dried for follow up baking paint treatment.
2. High grade Food Grade Surface Coating
Dried work pieces are transferred to an automatic electrophoretic and food grade electrostatic baking paint workshop. Automated electrophoresis ensures uniform paint penetration with firm adhesion without dead angle areas or sagging. Combined with food grade electrostatic baking paint, the finished paint film is compact, smooth, wear resistant, corrosion proof and pollution free, complying with hygiene requirements of grain oil and chemical industries. It improves equipment appearance and service life to meet dust free and sanitary conveying requirements across various sectors.
3. Selection and Self developed Machining of Core Components
Top brand standard parts are selected for key driving assemblies to secure overall performance: Drive motors from Siemens or Wannan: sufficient power, stable running, low energy consumption and breakdown rate for long time continuous operation. Reducers from SEW or Tongli: high transmission precision, large torque and steady deceleration, lowering operating noise for smooth conveying. SKF bearings: excellent wear resistance and high temperature tolerance with strong load bearing capacity, cutting abrasion of transmission parts and later maintenance costs.
Meanwhile, high precision transmission shafts and custom made fittings are self produced in house. Our CNC machine tools turn, grind and calibrate parts in strict accordance with high precision industrial standards to control coaxiality, flatness and fitting tolerance. Problems like transmission jamming and eccentric shaking are eliminated. Our self made components exceed regular industry standards and guarantee high efficiency and stable machine operation.
4. Final Assembly, Inspection and Factory Release
Qualified technicians assemble housings, buckets, sealing parts and transmission assemblies following standardized procedures with precise clearance control. After assembly, comprehensive factory tests including no load trial run, loaded debugging, tightness inspection and stability examination are carried out to eliminate hidden troubles. Only units without jamming, material leakage or abnormal noise and meeting all performance indicators can be delivered to clients.
