1. Pre-treatment of Raw Materials
All steel plates and section‑bars for the Chain conveyors go through professional pickling and phosphating inside dedicated tanks. Pickling removes scale, rust, grease and contaminants thoroughly, while phosphating forms a compact protective film to enhance paint adhesion and anti‑corrosion performance, avoiding rusting and paint‑peeling in later‑stage operation. After phosphating, work‑pieces are high‑pressure‑rinsed with purified water to wash away residual acid liquor and phosphating residues, preventing chemical leftovers from spoiling subsequent coating quality. The materials are then fully dried for follow‑up baking‑paint treatment.
2. High-grade Food-Grade Surface Coating
Dried work‑pieces are transferred to an automatic electrophoretic and food‑grade electrostatic baking‑paint workshop. Automated electrophoresis ensures uniform paint penetration with firm adhesion without dead‑angle areas or sagging. Combined with food‑grade electrostatic baking‑paint, the finished paint film is compact, smooth, wear‑resistant, corrosion‑proof and pollution‑free, complying with hygiene‑requirements of grain‑oil and chemical industries. It improves equipment appearance and service life to meet dust‑free and sanitary conveying requirements across various sectors.
3. Selection and Self-developed Machining of Core Components
Top brand standard parts are selected for key driving assemblies to secure overall performance:
- Drive motors from Siemens or Wannan: sufficient power, stable running, low energyconsumption and breakdownrate for longtime continuous operation.
- Reducers from SEW or Tongli: high transmission precision, large torque and steady deceleration, lowering operating noise for smooth conveying.

4. Final Assembly, Inspection and Factory Release

After assembly, comprehensive factorytests including noload trialrun, loaded debugging, tightness inspection and stability examination are carried out to eliminate hidden troubles.
