Support & Cooperation
01
Preliminary consultation
I. Preliminary consultation

1. Client clarifies project requirements: including the number of silos, single silo volume, stored materials (such as grains), site location, whether a sloping grain conveyor system is required, grain cleaning, ventilation, dust removal, temperature monitoring, capacity enhancement for the conveying system, foundation conditions, completion date, and budget range.
2. Based on the client’s needs, we provide similar project case studies, equipment parameters, qualification certificates, production capacity, and construction capabilities, and answer questions related to technology, cost, and schedule.
3. For complex sites/large-scale projects, both parties agree on a time for on-site surveying, measuring site dimensions, elevation, and topographical conditions, and developing a preliminary planning scheme based on local geology and climate.

Survey and design
II. Solution Customization and Quotation Phase

1. Based on client needs or on-site survey data, the technical department customizes a customized solution: including silo specifications, plate material, thickness, anti-corrosion process, a list of supporting systems, suggested foundation scheme, overall layout drawings, and construction process specifications.
2. Output a detailed itemized quotation: Main material costs, accessory costs, transportation costs, installation and construction fees, taxes, warranty services, and supporting auxiliary materials, with transparent pricing and no hidden costs.
3. Both parties will discuss and optimize the scheme configuration, material standards, construction period, quotation, and supporting services, ultimately confirming the final scheme and quotation.
03
Quotation
III. Drawing Confirmation and Contract Signing

1. We will provide formal construction drawings, equipment assembly drawings, and foundation reference drawings. The client will review, confirm, sign, and stamp these drawings, which will serve as the sole basis for subsequent production, construction, and acceptance.
2. Draft a formal project contract, clearly defining: project list, technical parameters, material standards, total contract price, payment schedule, production cycle, delivery time, installation cycle, delivery standards, acceptance specifications, warranty period, after-sales responsibility, liability for breach of contract, and dispute resolution methods.
3. After both parties review and confirm the contract is correct, they will sign and stamp it. The contract will then officially take effect. The client will pay the project prepayment as stipulated in the contract, and the project will be formally initiated and production scheduled.

Contract signing
IV. Factory Production and Progress Tracking

1. We internally issue production work orders, procure raw materials, and handle processes such as cutting, bending, punching, anti-corrosion spraying, and parts processing, strictly adhering to drawings and national industry standards.
2. We implement full-process quality control, conducting multiple quality inspections on sheet thickness, welds, anti-corrosion coatings, and parts precision, and retaining factory inspection data and material certificates.
3. We regularly update the customer on production progress. Any minor adjustments during production are communicated and confirmed with the customer in advance to ensure consistency with the finalized plan.

Production
V. Finished Product Quality Inspection, Delivery &Shipping.

1. After all products are produced, a final acceptance inspection is conducted, verifying the goods list, specifications, quantity, and completeness of parts, and issuing a factory quality inspection report.
2. After the customer confirms everything is correct, we collect progress payments or final payments according to contract milestones, arrange dedicated vehicles for batch packaging and delivery, and ensure protective packaging to prevent deformation, paint peeling, and damage during transportation.
3. We will simultaneously provide logistics tracking numbers, shipping lists, equipment drawings, certificates of conformity, and testing data, tracking the entire logistics process and synchronizing arrival times.

Delivery&Shipping
VI. On-site Installation, Commissioning, and Construction Management Phase

1. Upon arrival of the goods, both parties will jointly check and verify the quantity and condition of the goods. Construction will commence only after confirmation.
2. We will dispatch a professional engineer to guide the installation or even a professional construction team to strictly adhere to the construction drawings and safety specifications for assembling the warehouse, installing supporting equipment, wiring pipelines, and connecting the system. Depends on customers’ requirement.
3. During construction, we will ensure safety management and quality control, providing real-time updates on the construction progress, accepting customer supervision, and promptly communicating to resolve on-site issues.
4. After overall installation is completed, we will conduct equipment commissioning, no-load trial operation, and system linkage testing to ensure the normal operation of supporting equipment such as ventilation, temperature measurement, conveying, and dust removal, and that the warehouse structure is stable and meets sealing standards.

Installation
VII. Overall Completion Acceptance

1. After the overall project is completed, we will compile a complete set of as-built documentation (drawings, certificates of conformity, testing reports, user manuals, and after-sales manuals) and initiate the completion acceptance process.
2. Both parties will conduct a comprehensive acceptance inspection according to the contract standards, industry norms, and finalized drawings, verifying the warehouse structure, appearance, corrosion resistance, sealing, equipment operating status, and supporting functions.
3. After acceptance, both parties will sign the completion acceptance form, and the customer will pay the final payment as stipulated in the contract. The project will then be officially delivered and put into use.
08
Acceptance
VIII. After-sales Warranty and Long-term Service

1. Warranty services will be provided strictly in accordance with the contract. During the warranty period, for non-human-caused quality problems, free repair, replacement of parts, and technical rectification will be provided.
2. Lifetime technical consultation services will be provided, along with free equipment operation guidance and daily maintenance training.
3. Regular customer follow-ups will be conducted to monitor equipment usage, providing customized solutions for maintenance, upgrades, and expansion, and supporting long-term strategic cooperation and repeat purchase projects.

After-sales service
IX. General Cooperation Guidelines

1. All technical solutions, drawings, quotations, and contract terms are subject to written confirmation by both parties; verbal promises are invalid.
2. Each stage will be strictly executed according to the contract. Any changes to the plan, schedule, or configuration require written confirmation from both parties before adjustments can be made.
3. Transparent communication throughout the entire process, with trackable progress, controllable quality, and traceable after-sales service, ensuring efficient project implementation.
