The main structure
The structure of the TSCY series cylinder primary cleaning screen is mainly composed of a walking mechanism, a transmission mechanism, a body, a screen cleaning mechanism, a dust removal mechanism and the like.
Walking mechanism
The running mechanism of the cylinder primary clear sieve is composed of a frame support frame of the sieve body, a walking wheel, a support leg and a drawbar. The frame support frame is welded by a square steel pipe for connecting the traveling wheel and the screen frame to be integrated; and the traveling wheel and the support leg are respectively installed at both ends of the support frame. The entire body is moved by the traction of the drawbar.
Transmission mechanism
The transmission mechanism of the cylinder primary clearing sieve is composed of a reducer, a sprocket, a chain, a cross-shaft universal coupling, a double straight cylindrical sieve cylinder and a supporting roller. The double straight cylindrical sieve cylinder is assembled by the inner sieve cylinder and the outer sieve cylinder, and then connected by a connecting rod to form a whole. One end of the sieve cylinder is supported by a supporting wheel mounted on the adjustable support frame for supporting the rotation of the sieve cylinder and adjusting the rotation inclination angle of the sieve cylinder; the other end is connected with the cross shaft type universal coupling for arbitrarily changing the sieve The rotation angle of the barrel.
The body
The body of the cylinder primary clear screen consists of a frame and side and end closures. The frame is welded with high-quality steel; the side and end seals are made of high-quality steel plate through laser cutting machine and CNC bending machine. The assembled body is beautiful, firm and has good sealing performance.
Screen cleaning mechanism

The work process
