Storage conditions under Ili’s temperature swings
Cold winters and large day–night temperature differences cause condensation and localized heating, so reliable aeration and temperature control are required to keep wheat quality stable.
Integration with smart production and cross-border trade
Silos connect upstream to raw grain intake and downstream to the smart flour lines and Ili Port dispatch. Conveying and scheduling must match the plant rhythm — no gap between storage and production.

1,350T × 10 groups: large single silos, moderate fleet size
Large-capacity single-silo design, with 10 groups delivering 13,500 t of storage. Large silos plus a moderate number of groups balance bulk storage efficiency with clear, manageable fleet control, reducing conveyor nodes and daily management complexity.
Sealed steel silos + aeration and temperature control
Sealed steel silos suit Ili’s temperature swings; aeration and temperature control adjust in-silo humidity and temperature to limit condensation and localized heating, keeping wheat quality stable during storage.

Technical Highlights: Why 1,350T × 10 Groups
Large single silos: lower cost, easier management
At 1,350 t per silo, this is a large-bin configuration for bulk grain storage; 10 groups deliver 13,500 t. Compared with many smaller distributed bins, it reduces the number of silos and conveyor nodes, cutting unit storage cost and daily management complexity.
Sealed storage + aeration for Ili temperature swings
Sealed steel silos with aeration and temperature control address Ili’s cold winters and large day–night temperature differences, reducing condensation and localized heating and keeping wheat quality stable in storage.
Integrated with smart production and cross-border trade
The inlet/outlet system links to the group’s smart flour lines, with storage scheduling following line consumption; it also supports cross-border dispatch via Ili Port, forming a continuous storage–processing–shipping chain.
