The inspection focused on the construction progress of the 300,000-ton wheat primary and intensive processing project of Xinjiang Shengkang Grain and Oil Co., Ltd.
Centering on the high-quality development of the grain industry, the construction of grain warehousing and logistics systems, and the upgrading of the entire grain and oil industrial chain in Xinjiang, the inspection guided the high-efficiency transformation and upgrading of the regional grain industry, and further consolidated the foundation of border food security.
